If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please submit a return request within 7 days of delivery.
How it works:
- Submit the return request form.
- Our team reviews your request within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we initiate the return process with our supplier.
- The supplier’s courier partner will collect the product from your address.
- Your refund will be processed after the return is approved.
